The organizing committee is open for discussion with any potential sponsors. In-kind contributions will be accepted for some needed items, but due to the financial committments of the event, cash sponsorships are needed from the majority of sponsors. Please fill out the form below if you think that sponsorship might be right for your organization.
Based on your contribution of $25,000, $20,000, $15,000 or other amounts, you may be classified as a gold, silver, bronze, or a participating sponsor.
Benefits of sponsorship may include:
GOLD: Industry exclusivity - keep your competitors off the sponsorship list. Prominent logo placement: official website plus placement either on the athletes gifts, or the volunteer shirts, or at the opening or closing ceremonies. There are a very limited number of sponsorships at this level.
Your ad will be displayed in the "Power Ring" around the MTS Centre, as well as being center-hung in the building.
You will receive placement of two or more 8 foot signs at on the competition floor, prominent placement on our official website, 25 paid tickets to the event, and a full page colour ad in the event program (your supplied artwork required). Your company representative will be able to make a medal presentation at the games.
SILVER: Prominent placement - placement on the official website
Your ad will be displayed in the "Power Ring" around the MTS Centre.
You will receive placement of two 8 foot signs at on the competition floor, placement on our official website, 10 paid tickets to the event, and a full page colour ad in the event program (your supplied artwork required).
BRONZE: Corporate recognition - You will receive placement on our official website, 5 paid tickets to the event, and a full page colour ad in the event program (your supplied artwork required).
